TDP Acro Dance Academy offers one of our most popular and exciting styles, especially loved by children. Acro Dance blends strong classical dance technique with the precision, strength, and control of acrobatic skills and gymnastic floor work, creating a dynamic and visually powerful discipline.
This engaging style inspires young dancers through its athletic movement, creative choreography, and seamless fusion of dance and acrobatics. It helps develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, musicality, and expressive performance, while building confidence both on and off the stage.
A highly sought-after style in both performance and competitive settings, Acro Dance is famously showcased in world-class productions such as Cirque du Soleil. Students are taught to combine technical ability with artistry, ensuring all skills are performed safely, cleanly, and with strong performance quality.

ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS – PREP CLUB
TDP Beginners Recreational Gymnastics classes are designed for children aged 3–12 years. Our fully qualified coaches guide children through a structured artistic gymnastics programme that builds strong foundational skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Your child will focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, agility, and body awareness through age-appropriate gymnastics training. These core physical benefits not only support gymnastics progress but also enhance overall fitness, posture, and confidence in everyday movement.
Students work on skill development across Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor, progressing at a pace suited to their individual ability. Gymnastics also helps children build resilience, focus, discipline, and problem-solving skills as they learn to master new movements and overcome challenges.
Over time with TDP Gymnastics, children develop greater self-esteem, improved physical literacy, and a strong sense of belonging within a positive and encouraging team environment.
ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS – ADVANCE CLASSES AND COMPETITION TEAMS
TDP Advanced Classes and Competitive Team are designed for children aged 6 years and above with extensive prior experience in artistic gymnastics. Entry into these classes is by assessment and invitation only. Children selected for our Competitive Team are chosen for their skill level, commitment, discipline, and dedication to the sport.
We follow the FIG (Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique) syllabus, ensuring students train within an internationally recognised structure that supports high-level technical development and performance standards.
Students continue to develop and refine advanced skills across Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor, with a strong focus on precision, strength, artistry, and consistency. Training is structured to support long-term athlete development and progression within the sport.
As part of the programme, students have the opportunity to compete at a national level. Competing in gymnastics helps build confidence, mental resilience, focus, and the ability to perform under pressure. It also teaches goal setting, discipline, and perseverance, while giving children the invaluable experience of representing their academy, managing competition nerves, and celebrating personal and team achievements.
Our competitive pathway is designed to nurture not only strong gymnasts, but also confident, resilient, and dedicated young athletes.
